Genesis I gardens was the first ever project by Mkono Poa Housing Cooperative Society Ltd.
Genesis 1 gardens is composed of 24 plots that have been divided into 4 unique clusters. The Prices range from Ksh 150,000 to Ksh 650,000
Its uptake was superb and it sold-out within a matter of months. Genesis I gardens is located along the Kenol–Muthwani-Mombasa Road.
